Thanasimodes is a genus of beetles in the subfamily Clerinae.

- Thanasimodes dorsalis (H. Lucas, 1843)[8] Type locality: the north of Africa.[lower-alpha 3] Initially placed in Opilo.
- Thanasimodes gigas (Laporte de Castelnau, 1836).[9] Type locality: Senegal.[lower-alpha 4] Initially placed in Notoxus.
- Syn. T. abdominalis (Fairmaire, 1891); T. tropicus (Klug, 1842)
- Thanasimodes insignis (Escalera, 1914).[10] Type locality: Kuraymat, Egypt.[lower-alpha 5] Initially placed in Opilo.
