Toar Springstein
Clarence Earl "Toar" Springstein (December 11, 1918[1] – April 10, 1987) was a Canadian football player who played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders.[2][3] In 1990, he was included on the Roughriders' Plaza of Honour.[4][5]
