Triathlon at the 2022 Asian Games – Men's individual
The men's triathlon was part of the Triathlon at the 2022 Asian Games program, was held on 29 September 2023. The race was held over the "international distance" and consisted of 1,500 metres (0.93 mi) swimming, 40 kilometres (25 mi) road bicycle racing, and 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) road running.[1]

Kenji Nener of Japan won the gold medal after finished in a time of 1 hour 50 minutes 54 seconds. The silver and bronze medals were earned by Makoto Odakura from Japan and Ayan Beisenbayev from Kazakhstan respectively
