Timiș (Olt)
The Timiș or Timișul Sec is a right tributary of the river Ghimbășel in Romania.[1][2] Its source is in the Piatra Mare Mountains, northeast of Predeal. It discharges into the Ghimbășel in Sânpetru. It flows through the eastern part of the city Brașov. Its length is 35 km (22 mi) and its basin size is 105 km2 (41 sq mi).[2] Part of its water is diverted towards the Timiș Canal.
