Vilniansk Raion
Vilniansk Raion (Ukrainian: Вільнянський район) was one of raions (districts) of Zaporizhzhia Oblast in southern Ukraine. The administrative center of the region was the town of Vilniansk. The raion was abolished on 18 July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Zaporizhzhia Oblast to five.The area of Vilniansk Raion was merged into Zaporizhzhia Raion.[1][2] The last estimate of the raion population was 45,621 (2020 est.)[3].
