Vincent Hoppezak
Vincent Hoppezak (born 2 February 1999) is a Dutch road and track cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team BEAT Cycling.[3][4] He won the silver medal in the Scratch at the 2021 UEC European Track Championships.
