Wafra oil field
The Wafra Oil Field is an oil field located in the Great Burgan. It was discovered in 1984 and developed by Kuwait Oil Company. The oil field is operated and owned by Chevron Corporation. The total proven reserves of the Wafra oil field are around 25 billion barrels (3505×106 tonnes), and production is centered on 600,000 barrels per day (95,000 m3/d).[2]
