Wahyu Illahi

Wahyu Rahmat Illahi (born 3 June 1999), also called as Toja,[3] is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga 2 club PSMS Medan.

Club career

Youth career

In 2018, he started his youth career with Tanah Datar Regency team at Porprov XV Sumatra Barat 2018 (2018 West Sumatra Province Sports Week) in Padang Pariaman Regency.[2]

Amateur and semi-professional teams

He played in semi-professional teams with PSBS Batusangkar in 2014 and Persiju Sijunjung in 2016. Then after that, his expertise was discovered by Ridwan Saragih, who at that time was training the PSAD Kodam I/Bukit Barisan.[1]

PSMS Medan

In August 2023, Wahyu officially signed a contract with PSMS Medan. This is the first professional contract he received after previously playing with amateur and semi-professional teams.[4]
