WeiLeun Fang

WeiLeun Fang from the National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2015[1] for contributions to measurement methods and process technologies for micro-electromechanical systems.
