Toto Wong

Toto Wong Kwan-to (born 15 November 1999) is a Hong Kong swimmer. She competed in the women's 50 metre backstroke event at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships.[1][2]

In this Hong Kong name, the surname is Wong. In accordance with Hong Kong custom, the Western-style name is Toto Wong and the Chinese-style name is Wong Kwan-to.
