World Union of Deists

The World Union of Deists (WUD)[1] is the largest and oldest[2] organization in the world promoting the natural religion of Deism.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17]

History

The World Union of Deists was founded in Charlottesville, Virginia on April 10, 1993, by Robert Johnson.[18] The WUD is based in the United States with representatives in some thirty countries, produces podcasts, manages an online library, and publishes the journal Deism.[19] The motto is "God Gave Us Reason, Not Religion".[20][21] The WUD has a bi-monthly publication called Think![22]
