Pageantry
Miss Philippines Earth 2021
On May 25, 2021, Aduana was announced to be one of the 68 delegates competing at the Miss Philippines Earth 2021 pageant.[5] At the virtual pageant held on August 8, 2021, Aduana finished as a runner-up.[6] Naelah Alshorbaji of Paranaque won the pageant.[7]
Miss FIT Philippines 2021 and Binibining Pilipinas 2022
Aduana competed at Miss FIT Philippines 2021, held on September 2021.[8] At the pageant, Aduana emerged as the winner, being crowned by her predecessor Malka Shaver.[9]
While Miss FIT Philippines, Aduana was announced as one of the 40 candidates competing at the Binibining Pilipinas 2022 pageant, representing her home province of Laguna. At the coronation night, Aduana won the Face of Binibini award.[10] Later, Aduana was named as one of the Top 12 finalists.[11] At the question-and-answer portion, she was asked "What are your thoughts and sentiments on the advocacy ‘my body, my choice?". She responded:[12]
I believe that all women should always be entitled to our own opinions and we should have the most autonomy on whatever decision that we have towards our bodies because as women, we are a tower of strength, a pillar of hope, and a champion of purpose. We should always believe that all our choices should always come right into our hands.
Aduana would finish as a Top 12 finalist; Nicole Borromeo, Chelsea Fernandez, Gabrielle Basiano, and Roberta Tamondong went on to win the pageant.[13] At the end of her reign as Miss FIT Philippines, she crowned Jackelaine Fleming of Calbayog, as her sucessor.[14]
Miss Philippines Earth 2023
On April 5, 2023, Aduana was announced to be one of the 29 delegates competing at the Miss Philippines Earth 2023 pageant, representing Siniloan.[15] In an interview with the Philippine Entertainment Portal, she stated that she joined the pageant again to promote her environmental causes.[16] She also declared the pageant would be her last.[17]
In the run-up to the pageant, on April 27, 2023, Aduana visited Siniloan and planted coconut trees in its twenty barangays.[18] In pre-pageant events, Aduana won the Darling of the Press award, and placed third at the talent competition.[19] Aduana was identified as a "crowd favorite" to win the pageant by The National News.[20]
At the pageant proper, Aduana wore a dress designed by Ken Batino that was decorated by 5,000 safety pins.[21] Aduana would go on to advance to the final question and answer round, where she, and her co-finalists, were asked "“What do you think people in the future would say about your generation?”. She responded:[22]
“I would definitely say that our generation, although misconstrued as very ardent, …we use our voice for a reason, and that is to always speak up for the things that we know are right, and for the things that we know that we deserve. That is why we are very ardent about it.”
At the end of the pageant, Aduana was named as the winner, and was crowned by outgoing titleholder Jenny Ramp, as Miss Philippines Earth 2023.[23] As Miss Philippines Earth, Aduana participated in various advocacy work. Shortly after her crowning, Aduana joined a clean-up drive at Sulat, Eastern Samar, on May 13, 2023.[24] On June 30, 2023, Aduana participated in an Arbor Day bootcamp at Quezon City.[25] On July 5, 2023, Aduana spoke at the United Nations climate meet.[26]
Miss Earth 2023
As Miss Philippines Earth 2023, Aduana will serve as the Philippines's delegate at the Miss Earth 2023 pageant.[27]

Aduana and her sister founded Edukasyon for Every Juan, a nonprofit organization that aims to promote environmental education.[28][29]
Aduana has expressed her support for the Menstrual Leave Act, which aims to give women two-day menstrual leaves. She added that the proposal would encourage economic growth.[30]
