Zach Erdem

Zach Erdem (born July 17, 1982 in Erzincan, Turkey[1]) is a television personality and entrepreneur.[2][3] He is an owner and partner[4][5] in several Long Island-based restaurants and nightclubs[6] including 75 Main[7] in Southampton, New York.[8] Zach and his staff appear on American reality television show[9] Serving the Hamptons[10] which premiered April 7, 2022 on Discovery+. Seasons 2 and 3 of the show were picked up by HBO Max,[11] its current streaming platform. The reality TV show features employees and patrons from his eateries and nightlife venues.[12][13]

Career

Erdem opened the 75 Main Restaurant and Lounge during 2010 in Southampton, New York. It became a fixture in the Southampton town,[14] with features on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Real Housewives of New York, Serving the Hamptons and more. Tastemakers such as Kelsey Grammer,[15] and Kendall[16] have bartended and launched their alcoholic beverage brands at this location. Erdem subsequently opened the Blu Mar Restaurant and Harpoon House Hotel locations in 2016, then Main Room Nightclub in 2019 at the same venue. During 2023 these ventures were followed by expansion to the North Fork, where Erdem opened a Mediterranean restaurant ZErdem, and ZEY Hotel, along with a restaurant and lounge, Café 75,[17] in Greenport, New York.
