Hemosiderin hyperpigmentation

Hemosiderin hyperpigmentation is pigmentation due to deposits of hemosiderin, and occurs in purpura, haemochromatosis, hemorrhagic diseases, and stasis dermatitis.[1]:853

Hemosiderin staining around and above the ankle as an outcome of chronic hypertension.
