Streptomyces capitiformicae

Streptomyces capitiformicae is a bacterium species from the genus of Streptomyces which has been isolated from the head of the ant Camponotus japonicus.[1][2] Streptomyces capitiformicae produces angucyclinone-antibiotics.[2]
