Championnat du monde féminin de squash 1979
Le championnat du monde de squash féminin 1979 se déroule à Sheffield du 6 au 12 mars 1979. Heather McKay remporte le titre en battant Sue Cogswell en finale[1]. Ce tournoi est officiellement le premier championnat du monde de squash féminin même s'il y a eu un tournoi non officiel et sur invitation en 1976.
