Le Grand Prix de Mosport 2010 (2010 Grand Prix of Mosport presented by Mobil 1), disputé sur le sur le Canadian Tire Motorsport Park est la huitième et avant dernière manche de l'American Le Mans Series 2010 et la 28e édition du Grand Prix de Mosport.
Il s'agissait de la 100e course de David Brabham dans le championnat American Le Mans Series. Pour marquer l'occasion, l'écurie Patrón Highcroft a changé le numéro de la voiture au n°1 à n°100.
