Distribution
Cette espèce est endémique de la province de Borikhamxay au Laos[1],[2]. Elle se rencontre vers Lak Sao à 551 m d'altitude.
Étymologie
Cette espèce est nommée en l'honneur de Rainer Foelix[2].
