Verb

կցեմ (kcʿem)  (aorist indicative կցեցի)

  1. to join, to unite
    կցել զվէրսkcʿel zvērsto close, to cicatrize wounds
    եւ ես կցէի զամէննew es kcʿēi zamēnnamen I replied
  2. (music) to accompany
  3. (in the mediopassive, intransitive) to be joined, united; to cling or stick to, to hold fast by
    կցել վիրացkcʿel viracʿto close up, to cicatrize, to skin over, to heal
    կցել գետոցkcʿel getocʿto be frozen (of rivers)
    յաստեղս կցիyastełs kcʿiit reaches the stars
