დარი
Georgian
Pronunciation
- IPA(key): /dɑrɪ/
Etymology 1
From Proto-Georgian-Zan *dar- (“time”), whence also დრო (dro). Earlier, it was also used in the sense of "time". Cognate with Mingrelian ედორია (edoria) and Laz ჰემინდორას (hemindoras).
On the other hand, Ačaṙean derives from Armenian դար (dar, “age, century”).
