Biangbiang noodles
The character for "biáng", made up of 56 strokes, is one of the most complex Chinese characters in contemporary usage, although the character is not found in dictionaries and has only been encoded in the Unicode Standard since 2020.

Etymology

Etymology uncertain. May be onomatopoeic in origin; from the sound of chewing biangbiang noodles or the sound made by the chef when pulling the dough and slapping it on the table.[1]
