  • This two-handed ASL sign is produced as follows:
    1. Posture the nondominant hand in the ā€œCā€ shape in front of the center of the chest, nondominant palm facing up. Posture the dominant hand in the ā€œ1ā€ handshape within a couple of inches of the nondominant palm.
    2. Move the dominant hand down so the index finger contacts the palm once or twice.
    3. Hold both hands still briefly.
