cabreriza
Spanish
Etymology
Feminine form of cabrerizo, from cabrero (“goatherd”) or cabra, with the suffix -izo (feminine -iza), which however normally forms adjectives. Cf. however also Italian caprareccia and Romanian căprăreață, both also meaning goat sheds, which may point to the existence of a hypothetical Vulgar Latin root *capraricia, from capra (“goat”).
