trocir
Galician
Etymology
Attested in local Medieval Latin documents as traucire, meaning "to lead; to cross".[1] Probably from Latin trādūcire (“I lead across”) or alternatively from a descendant of Proto-Germanic *þrukjaną (“to press on”), but both etymologies are objectionable.[2]
Verb
trocir (first-person singular present trozo, first-person singular preterite trocín, past participle trocido)
