Book by One Author
Sheril, Richard D. The Terrifying Future: Contemplating Color Television. San Diego: Halstead, 1956. Print.
Book by Multiple Authors
Two Authors
Kurosawa, Joseph, and Quinn E. Armistead. Hairball: An Intensive Peek Behind the Surface of an Enigma. Hamilton, Ontario: McMaster University Press, 1972. Print.
Three or More Authors
You have two options here. You can either list all the authors in the order they appear on the title page:
- Brown, Theodore E., H. Eugene LeMay, Bruce E. Bursten, Catherine Murphy, and Patrick Woodward. Chemistry: The Central Science. London: Prentice Hall, 2011. Print.
...or you can list only the first name, followed by "et al." (meaning "and others"):
- Brown, Theodore E., et al. Chemistry: The Central Science. London: Prentice Hall, 2011. Print.
Article in an Edited Book or Anthology
Stanz, Richard F. "Practical Methods for the Apprehension and Sustained Containment of Supernatural Entities." Paranormal and Occult Studies: Case Studies in Application. Ed. Geoffrey Yeager. London, England: OtherWorld Books, 1983. 42–64. Print.
Article in a Journal with Continuous Pagination

Note that for an online publication that does not use page numbers, write "n. pag." instead of the page range.
