CCR Receive Batch File

Receive batch file describes the process of verifying that a group of event reports meets the standards for record layout format, and that the batch has not been submitted previously. Implementing this use case automates the process of receiving and validating a batch file from a data source, saving staff resources.

The use case is the business process of a cancer registry and its interaction with internal actors (those who perform the process) and external actors (recipients of the process).
