This document, A Proposed National Strategy for the Prevention of Occupational Cancers, summarizes what actions need to be taken to prevent occupational cancers. It was developed in 1985 at a conference sponsored by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and The Association of Schools of Public Health (ASPH), which brought together over 50 expert panelists and 450 other occupational safety and Health professionals.
