Quick zoom with the scroll wheel

Changing the zoom in PowerPoint typically involves clicking the zoom buttons, but this process can become tedious after a while. Luckily, we know a shortcut that lets you quickly zoom with the scroll wheel on your mouse.

While in edit mode, hold CTRL and move the scroll wheel to zoom in and out. If you’re on a laptop with a trackpad, hold CTRL and use the pinch gesture to zoom.
