  1. The family

   When we are born, we are part of a family with parents and brothers. We have a name and receive the family name. We grow and learn many things in this family.

    When we baptize, we enter in another larger family that is the Church. All baptized people are called Christians who are friends and disciples of Jesus as Saint Peter, Saint John and many others. Christians must learn and practice the doctrine of Jesus or Christ. They are also called Catholics because they are children of the Catholic Church.
