Home-schooled groups are eligible for any of the middle or high school tours listed above. We are aware of the unique circumstances surrounding home-schooled groups, but to preserve the integrity of our educational programs and due to space limitations, we ask that you limit the number of adult chaperones to 1 chaperone per 3-5 students. Please also use discretion when bringing younger siblings along. Space is limited in the David J. Sencer CDC Museum classroom, so strollers are not permitted. Chaperones and parents are considered in the total number count for the group. College or Graduate Student Group (10-30)

CDC Docents want to be prepared for your group. Please provide a short description of participants, including age, interest in CDC, background, and professions represented within the group (if appropriate). Teachers, please include subjects your students are currently studying.
