Arenitalea is a Gram-negative, facultatively aerobic and rod-shaped genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae with one known species (Arenitalea lutea).[1][2] Arenitalea lutea has been isolated from sand from the Yellow Sea.[2]
