Achromobacter denitrificans is a Gram-negative, oxidase- and catalase-positive, strictly aerobic, ubiquitous, motile bacterium from the genus Achromobacter which was isolated from soil and can cause human infections.[3][4][5] Formerly known as Achromobacter agile.[6]
