Cupriavidus pinatubonensis is a Gram-negative, aerobic non-spore-forming, motile bacterium of the genus Cupriavidus and family Burkholderiaceae, isolated with Cupriavidus laharis together from volcanic mudflow deposits on Mt. Pinatubo in the Philippines.[4]
