Yonghaparkia is a Gram-positive, non-spore-forming, strictly aerobic and non-motile genus of bacteria from the family of Microbacteriaceae with one known species (Yonghaparkia alkaliphila).[2][1][3][4][5] Yonghaparkia is named after the Korean microbiologist Yong‐Ha Park.[5] Yonghaparkia alkaliphila has been isolated from alkaline soil from Korea.[6]
