Current Position

Commerce Bank, Assistant Vice President & Senior Business Analyst

Currently leading Commerce Bank’s software license management. This includes, working with each of the software deployment and procurement departments to insure that we have appropriate tracking of what software has been installed, what’s been purchased and that entitlement is adhered to. In addition, collecting disparaging inventory data, drawing relationships between each and producing reports to assist in auditing and compliance. Working with several organizations to establish contract verbiage favorable to Commerce. In addition, using the knowledge gained through a variety of sources helping to set the strategic direction for the future of Commerce software license management.

Developed a variety of InfoPath/SharePoint workflows. This included but is not exclusive to Vendor Risk Assessments, Application Recovery Time Processing and Vendor Contract Document Management

In response to Microsoft going end-of-life on Access 2003 in April of 2014, Mitigated the risk of having unsupported software by leading a corporate effort to retire or migrate over 50,000 databases to a new platform within a 12 month period. The project was highly success resulting in a very smooth transition when the client piece of Access 2003 was removed from everyone’s desktop in early 2014.

ReDiscover, Board Member, Capital Campaign Chairman Rediscover is a a nonprofit community mental health agency that offers a full spectrum of programs and services for people whose lives have been affected by serious mental illness and/or substance abuse.

City Of Lenexa Arts Council, Council The goal of the Lenexa Arts Council is to serve the community by stimulating an awareness in the arts for Lenexa residents. The Council coordinates resources to develop, sustain and promote high quality programs and events throughout the area. The Arts Council is composed of nine members appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. Members serve a term of three years from their date of appointment
