- Górnik Zabrze were punished after the 26th round with a deduction of three points because of stadium destruction by the fans.[1]The appeal against the penalty has been accepted on 22 March 2018.[2]
- Head-to-head record: Śląsk 3–0 Pogoń, Pogoń 3–2 Śląsk.
- Head-to-head record: Piast 1–2 Lechia, Lechia 0–2 Piast.
- Lechia Gdańsk were punished with a deduction of one point for failing with licensing requirements.[3]
