Notes
- The Wydad AC v Kaizer Chiefs match, originally scheduled to be played at Stade Mohammed V, Casablanca on 13 February 2021, was postponed due to restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic imposed by Morocco on travelers from South Africa out of concern of the variant 501.V2.[1] The match was later rescheduled to be played outside Morocco on 28 February 2021 at Stade du 4 Août, Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso).[2]
