On 16 June, ahead of the Tour de France, the team announced a rebranding from Total Direct Énergie to Team TotalEnergies, with a corresponding change of kit.[2][3]

- Bonnet, Jeannière, and Jousseaume joined as stagiaires from Vendée U on 1 August.[6]
- On 9 April, Sicard, who had yet to make his season debut at that point, announced his premature retirement after he was diagnosed with a cardiac anomaly that prevented him from continuing as a professional cyclist.[7]
