Al-Karamah, Tartus Governorate
Al Karamah (Arabic: الكرامة, literally meaning dignity), or simply Karama or Karamah, formerly known as Sahyun, is a village in administrative division (nahiyah) of Safita in the Tartus Governorate of Syria.
