Allenypterus

Allenypterus is an extinct genus of a prehistoric lobe-finned fish which lived during the Bashkirian age of the Late Carboniferous period, 318 million years ago). Fossils have been discovered in Bear Gulch Limestone, Montana, USA.[1]
