Arrondissement of Yssingeaux

The arrondissement of Yssingeaux is an arrondissement of France in the Haute-Loire departement in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It has 44 communes.[2] Its population is 85,073 (2016), and its area is 1,159.7 km2 (447.8 sq mi).[3]

History

The arrondissement of Yssingeaux was created in 1800, disbanded in 1926 and restored in 1942.[4]
