Başdeğirmen, Silvan

Başdeğirmen (Kurdish: Kepo) is a neighbourhood in the municipality and district of Silvan, Diyarbakır Province in Turkey.[1] It is populated by Kurds and had a population of 563 in 2022.[2][3]
