Bala Khiyaban-e Litkuh Rural District
Bala Khiyaban-e Litkuh Rural District (Persian: دهستان بالا اخيابان ليتكوه)[3] is in Emamzadeh Abdollah District of Amol County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Prior to its transfer to the newly formed Emamzadeh District, some of its constituent villages were in the Central District.[4]

There were 11,605 inhabitants in 3,415 households at the National Census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,303 in 2,284 households. The largest of its 15 villages was Marzan Kola, with 1,456 people.[2]
