Bam and Safiabad District (Persian: بخش بام و صفی‌آباد) is in Esfarayen County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 19,771 in 5,362 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 19,133 people in 5,645 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 16,887 inhabitants in 5,642 households.[2]
