Bur Kheyl-e Arateh

Bur Kheyl-e Arateh (Persian: بورخيل ارطه, also Romanized as Būr Kheyl-e Araţeh; also known as Būr Kheyl)[3] is a former village in Bisheh Sar Rural District of the Central District of Qaem Shahr County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 898 in 239 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,077 people in 317 households.[2]

After the census, the village of Qadi Kola-ye Arateh was merged with Bur Kheyl-e Arateh, Juja Deh-e Arateh, Kafshgar Kola-ye Arateh, and Qasem Kheyl-e Arateh to become the city renamed Arateh.[5]
