Chequiaraju

Chequiaraju,[2][3] Chequiarajo,[4] or Checquiacraju[5] (possibly from Quechua, chiqlla green,[6] rahu snow, ice, mountain with snow)[7] is a mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru,[5] about 5,286 metres (17,343 ft) high.[3][5] It is situated in the Ancash Region, Carhuaz Province, Shilla District.[8] Chequiaraju lies northwest of Hualcán and the lake Chiqllaqucha.[4]
