Confiance Munyaneza

Munyaneza Confiance, popularly known by his stage name Confy (born 2 May, 1999) in Gikondo Kicukiro District, is a Rwandan singer,[1] songwriter and performer.

Early life and education

He grew up in a family of 5 where he happened to be the 3th.[2] He born and raised in Kicukiro, Rwanda.[3] He Obtained in 2019 a bachelor's degree in financial management from University of Kigali.[4][5][6][7][8][9]

Carrier

He started music Carrier in 2018.[10] He released album featured Marioo,[11] Jaywills,[12] Mimi Mars and Ykee Benda.[13] He won Kiss Summer Award 2021 as Best New Summer Artist.[14][15]Confy featured in Gabiro Guitar's song called Igikwe which became popular in Music of Rwanda in 2020. He became brand ambassador for different companies include Skol Pulse Beer Brand Ambassador 2022,[16] MTN Rwanda 2021[17] and BK Arena in 2023.[18][19][20] [21]

Personal life

Confy shared how living with vitiligo has made him self-discovery, a stronger and more resilience person.[2]
