History

It began operations in August 2012 as Jeans Radio with DWJR-FM as its original callsign. It only lasted for a month and a half as part of its test broadcast until the management decided to rebrand 105.5 FM to live up to its promise to become the most powerful FM station in Central Luzon. Hence, it's former branding, D' Ultimate 105.5 FM was launched in October 1, 2012 with a mass-based format and changed its callsign to DWDU-FM. At that time, it was under the ownership of Information Broadcast Unlimited and it's the only FM radio station that deployed fiber optic transmission to their studio-transmitter link, resulting to an even clearer reception outside Central Luzon. most notably, the National Capital Region. It used to operate 19 hours a day from 5:00 AM to 12:00 MN. In 2015, it rebranded to UFM and switched to a Top 40 format and transferred its ownership to Reliance Broadcasting. Around 2017, it slightly reduced 2 hours of its broadcast operation to 17 hours a day from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. In 2018, it changed its format to Adult hits.
