Others, also NRHP-listed, are: the David McEwen House, the Andrew Crockett House, the William Ogilvie House, and the William Boyd House.[1]
The owner of the home, Daniel McMahan, an account executive at Sentry, says that the house has been a fun one to own. "It came down to this or a condy (slang for condominium), figured it was a gentlemen's choice and flipped a georgie (slang for quarter)".
McMahan has since left the Nashville area.
