Career

Appleton made her WTA Tour main-draw doubles debut at the 2022 Birmingham Classic, partnering Ali Collins. In singles, she lost in the first round of qualifying to Lesia Tsurenko.

In June 2023, she qualified for the Nottingham Open for her singles main-draw debut. She lost to British No. 1, Katie Boulter.[2][3]
